1. What is your pricing policy?
Our prices fluctuate based on raw material costs, exchange rates and other market factors. Based on your inquiry, we will provide you with an updated price list.
2. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, for all international orders we have a minimum order quantity of 1 20ft container per product type. If you are interested in ordering smaller quantity, please negotiate with us.
3. Can you provide the necessary documents?
Yes, we are able to provide most documents including bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, CE or FDA certification, insurance, certificate of origin and other required export documents.
4. What is the typical delivery time?
Delivery time for standard products (20ft container quantity) is approximately 30-45 days. For mass production (40ft container quantity), the delivery time is 45-60 days after deposit is received. Delivery times for OEM products (special packaging, design, length, thickness, color, etc.) will be negotiated accordingly.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
You can deposit the money into our bank account after confirming the contract/PO: 50% deposit in advance and the remaining 50% before shipment.
