1. What are your prices?
Our pricing is subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates and other market variables. Based on your inquiry, we will provide you with an updated price list.
2.Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, for international orders, we have a minimum order quantity of 1 20-foot container per product type. If you wish to order in small quantities, please discuss with us.
3.Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documents, including bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, CE or FDA certification, insurance, certificate of origin and other required export documents.
4.What is the average lead time?
The usual delivery time for standard products (20-foot container quantity) is about 30 days. Mass production (40ft container quantity) requires 30-45 days lead time after deposit received. Delivery time for OEM products (special designs, lengths, thicknesses, colors, etc.) will be discussed and agreed upon accordingly.
5.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
After the contract/purchase order is confirmed, you can pay to our bank account with a 50% deposit in advance and the remaining 50% balance to be settled before shipment.
