1. What are your prices?
Fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates and other market factors may affect our prices. After contacting us, we will provide you with an updated price list.
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, for all international orders, we require a minimum order quantity of 1 20-foot container per product type. If you are considering a smaller order, we would like to discuss it with you.
3. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we are able to provide various documents such as bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, CE or FDA certification, insurance, certificate of origin and other necessary export documents.
4. What is the average lead time?
Regular products (20-foot container quantity) usually have a delivery time of about 30 days, while mass production (40-foot container quantity) requires a delivery time of 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. Delivery times for OEM products (special designs, lengths, thicknesses, colors, etc.) will be negotiated accordingly.
5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
After the contract/purchase order is confirmed, you can complete the payment to our bank account.
A 50% deposit is required in advance, and the remaining 50% balance will be settled before shipment.
