1. What are your prices?
Our product prices may vary due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rates and other market factors. Please contact us for more information and we will send you an updated price list.
2.Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Of course, all international orders must meet the minimum order quantity of one 20-foot container per product type. If you are interested in ordering a smaller quantity, we are willing to negotiate.
3.Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Of course, we have the ability to provide most documents, including bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, CE or FDA certification, insurance, certificate of origin and other important export documents.
4.What is the average lead time?
The delivery time for regular products (20-foot container quantity) is about 30 days, while the delivery time for mass production (40-foot container quantity) is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. For OEM products (special design, length, thickness, color, etc.), delivery time will be determined by negotiation.
5.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
After confirming the contract/PO, you can initiate payment to our bank account.
A 50% deposit is required in advance, and the remaining 50% is paid before shipment.
