1. What are your prices?
Our prices may fluctuate based on raw material costs, exchange rates and other market factors. After contacting us for more information, we will provide you with an updated price list.
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
In fact, for all international orders, we stipulate that the minimum order quantity for each product is one 20-foot container. If you want to order in small quantity, please negotiate with us.
3. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Of course, we have the ability to provide various documents such as bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, CE or FDA certification, insurance, certificate of origin and other important export documents.
4. What is the average lead time?
The delivery time for standard products (20-foot container quantity) is approximately 30 days. For mass production (40ft container quantity), the delivery time is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. Delivery time for OEM products (special designs, lengths, thicknesses, colors, etc.) will be determined by negotiation.
5. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
After the contract/purchase order is confirmed, you can pay to our bank account:
50% deposit in advance, and the remaining 50% balance to be paid before shipment.
